Davido has claimed the award for song of the year at the 2017 SoundCity MVP Awards. The singer’s ‘ If” was named song of the year at the well attended event which was held at Eko tuneel & Suites on January 12, 2018. The song fought off competition from Olamide’s Wo!, Runtown’s Mad Over You, Mr. Eazi’s Leg Over Youand other popular songs.
