A defamation lawsuit has been filed by the daughter of ABC Transport Company, Ihuoma Nneji files against controversial critic, Verydarkman.
This followed recent allegation made by Verydarkman that Ihuja Nneji falsely presented herself as an American travel nurse, rather than a care worker, and claimed she is a five-time divorcee.
A court summons related to the petition has surfaced online, revealing details behind the lawsuit.
The court summons with case number CV/479 accuses Kemi Olunloyo, Verydarkman and Verydarkman of defamation.
Meanwhile, Verydarkman and Kemi Olunloyo are yet to address the lawsuit, as netizens take to social media to share varied thoughts and opinions.
