Super Eagles midfielder, Fisayo Dele-Bashiru has survived after getting involved in an accident.
According to reports, he was involved in a car accident near Bracciano, Italy, Saturday evening.
However, Dele-Bashiru who currently plays for Lazio in Serie A, emerged unscathed from the incident, according to SoccerNet.
This happened just two days before the Biancocelesti’s 6-0 loss to Inter Milan.
Dele-Bashiru is said to have been driving his Lamborghini in a high-traffic area when the accident occurred.
The relevant authorities responded promptly and conducted thorough investigations at the scene.
The vehicle sustained significant damage, but there were no injuries or lasting physical concerns for the player.
Following the accident, Dele-Bashiru contacted his Dutch teammate Noslin, who arrived to pick him up and take him home.
Despite the frightening ordeal, the player was in training as usual on Sunday morning and was named on the bench for the Inter clash.
Dele-Bashiru came on in the 57th minute to replace Spanish winger Pedro.
